V for Vendetta
Just saw V for Vendetta. Even though initially I didn’t really want to see it but I was pleasantly surprised.
Of course when you watch it, you can’t help but compare it to the situation that’s happening in the US.
I’m not going to spoil it for people who didn’t see it yet, but I will say, I truly supported the “terrorist/freedom fighter/insurgent” V in the movie.
All I gotta say is, “'I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!”

The movie was lame, IMO. The parallels were so blatant that it ruined the movie. I can't count how many times I rolled my eyes while watching it because V may as well have been an anti-Bush documentary. What's sad is that the writers and directors twisted the original story into something it was not. V for Vendetta was not about Bush or Republicans, etc--it was about anarchism vs fascism. But of course most people don't even know what those words or the ideals behind them mean, so the movie was dumbed down into anti-Bush propaganda.
He was invincible for a short period of time though
